In broad sense,"seed" means uploading.What you have to do,after finishing your download,run the torrent file (the 28 KB file you downloaded from here,not the original movie file) in the same way you ran it to download the movie.(You might have to show the place where you have saved your movie file) Then other people will be able to download the movie from you.This is called seeding.

You can do it when you are using internet but you dont need that much speed.If you are a high speed internet user,no need to worry about speed.Do it anytime as long as the movie file is in your hard disk.Please always try to seed for sometime as you are getting this movie becoz someone is seeding for you.So you should return it back.
