To make use of this you need a broadband connection and you should upload at near enough the rate of your downloads. Admittedly, with ADSL, the upload speed is never equal to the download bandwidth which is why you need to seed the file long after you have finished the download until at least you have uploaded the same amount of bytes which you downloaded. |
