you need to forward some ports in your router, that means you need to allow trafic between ports: 49152-65534 in your router. you will find information on how to forward ports on your specific router in your router's manual.

you can visit the link bellow. maybe they have your router listed there.

furthermore have a look on the windos firewall if it is active and you client is listed there in "exception" list.
