it wasn't lowered. thats what it was 0.4! and below that ratio no one will be able to download. everyone need to seed. period. we were indeed open on ratio up till now and you have seen what happened with seeders. torrents becomes seeders less with is 2/3 days. Our main goal is to keep the torrent files alive so people can download, not a place where you fight for seeders, not a place where there is no seeders and people evaltually feel frustrated and we are not letting it happen to our members!

we'll shift things around time to time but thats the standard most of the other places follows. Even if some people may fall behind bcos of ratio, evantually they'll catch up and will make it a better place for everyone.
