Thanks redneck bhai. I've come across a program called imagegrabber which takes a video file and generates a single image with various images from the file along with file info.

It might be an idea to make this programme available on BT as a download and insist people submit screenshots using this so that (a) there is no excuse for not uploading screenshots (b) it makes it very easy and ensures a standard format.
