first of all you should follow the steps from help thread "how to download". 2ndly there must be some seeder who has the file 100%. so have a look if there is any seeder for the file you are trying to downlaod.
3rdly, dont post your problem here, rather under that thread you are talking about. or you can post your problem in the help section.
