you can use WMRecorder that is the best software for video or audio stream (Advance Stream File {asf}) capturing. you can just google for it (some cracked version;) )

then you need asf, avi splitter and joiner to cut the adds that is almost the half of any aired program. you even need videofixer to fix the fault that is vey usual for the onoine streams.
