Sorry mate cant agree with ur view about this matter. If we want we can Ban straightaway those who have not satisfactory ratio. But It will be like "Matha bethar jonno matha kete fela". We try appriciate ppl to seed. But end of the day its everyones resposibility to respose accordingly. If any problem we try to give solution as quick as possible. And as far as my knowledge there is a ratio syatem in operation.
