Anyway, I think its not about banning them straight way.U see 1 thing that if say 80% of the members are inactive and r only super-downloaders in that way the increase in the number of members are not helping BT.I think any torrent site is all about "give and take".The torrent sites are not public welfare institutions.Each member have to work actively to make the site run successfully.
