Uploading is a fairly simple Three stage process. (a) You create a torrent; (b) You upload the torrent and (c) You seed the torrent.
It just seems complicated, but do it once and you will find it quite easy thereafter.
Remember to follow the steps outlined meticulously (don't miss any) and all will be well. (Thats how I did it!)
