1. You must maintain a 1.0 ratio to download without any restriction.
2. All members get a 1.5 GB of download without any ratio restriction. This is just to give you all the opportunity to start building ratio for yourself.
3. Wait time:
Ratio: 0.8 - 0.99 - Wait time : 1 hr
Ratio: 0.7 - 0.79 - Wait time : 3 hr
Ratio: 0.6 - 0.69 - Wait time : 5 hr
Ratio: 0.5 - 0.59 - Wait time : 7 hr
Ratio: 0.4 - 0.49 - Wait time : 10 hr
