1. download any torrent client like BitComet, uTorrent or like this. google for this
2. come back to this site and download the torrent file from the release thread.
3. choose the directory where to save the original video or audio file.
4 it will start downloading the file when finished you will be able to enjoy it.
i dont know any eaasier way. good luck!
