try VNC ( RealVNC remote control software )


i've been using it at my work for the last 4 years.......excellent software.......reduce the colour depth to 8 bit if ur upload speed at home is slow........if ur internet connection goes straight to your PC then real vnc will pickup ur ip address and u can use it to connect to ur pc at home........if it goes through a router....then u'll have to forward a port to it........as far i know its still free.........u can even setup password so that no one else can vnc onto ur pc........give it a try........
