Well, the most obvious reason is that your downloads (124.82 GB) are so much higher than your uploads (40.15 GB). That means you have to upload as much as 1.25 GB to raise your ratio by just 0.01. Thats quite a tall order! Small uploads of a few hundred MB wont make a major difference in your case. Check if the download/upload statistics are reflecting your upload figures. You can also check whether your upload is being tracked by looking at your profile (under quick links).
If that is not the reason for your ratio not moving, can you check if your tracker status in your bi-torrent client shows OK? (Instead, is it showing something like
OK: dht for example?)
