Ok for months i've been d/l from here...and i like to upload some now, but for some strange reason i couldn't find how to upload anything here using Bit Coment (that is the client i use)...can anyone help?

Also Moderators...anything I download, I end up seeding for easily 48 hours if not longer...yet my ratio keeps doing down instead of going up...can anyone shed some lite in to this mystery???
