Here is some more From the RUN box, you can type 'dxdiag' to get to the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.... it displays system info such as: OS BIOS version Processor Memory DirectX Version Display chipset Sound info etc. etc. ALSO, with Windows XP, you can make your own shortcuts easily.... Anything you have on your START bar, right click on that shortcut, then go to properties. There is a box that says 'SHORTCUT KEY'. Put the cursor in that box, and press the key you want to use to launch that shorcut. At work, I use: CTRL + SHIFT + C = Calculator CTRL + SHIFT + N = Notepad There are others too... |
