yes, you still can watch those three channels: Chennel I, ATN Bangla and Channel S.

You need a packet of satellite antenna: a parabol, an LNB, a receiver and ofcourse a TV. these channels are free of charge to watch at 11488 MHz on Astra 2 or Eurobird 1. Good luck!
