there is a program I used which was very convenient and easy to use...

its called AVS Video Converter...it can convert btwn any format...avi, wmv, mpeg, even real media formats...

I can't guarantee the quality because it will be double encoding, but u guys can try it out...and if u do, pls give us feedback.
