Ok, I have tested it out. I encoded the song, Ami Banglay Gaan gai (72MB) with XviD and Lame AC3 audio and it came out to be only 20 MB with very reasonaable quality!!

So, from my side, it works perfectly. Thanks my friend once again. :)
