yes, DVD Shrink can shrink a 7GB DVD into 4.5GB DVD by shrinking the video and quality gets less, at least 40%. there is another software that can encode the whole DVD into smaller, almost half (50%) size and when finished downloading you can decode the whole DVD into original size, that is 7GB. it is caled ratDVD. you can get it from the net for absolutely free.

but the point is who will do all the hardworks for only a few persons who are interested to get the original DVD-version. if any of you are interested to make a DVD you can use TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 to make a very high quality DVD from almost any formats, avi, MPEG1 or 2 and more.
