Lisa, first you will need a client (program) in order to download anythis from this website. They can be downloaded for free. Some of them are, bittorrent, bitcomet, Azureus and many more. You can find them by searching for them on google.

After you download and istall the torrent program, go to the thread you would like to download. Then click on the link (ie, whatevernatok.torrent) and it will open the torrent program that you have previously installed. It may or may not ask you for the directory when you want to save depending on the program you have. After you finish downloading, leave the program on so others can download from you (which is seeding).
