I am having prob wth my upload speed. I am able to upload at 800 kbps (100 KB/s) according to my ISP (Rogers, Extreme, Canada) and I can do tht wth FTP and p2p stuffs. But my BitTorrent upload speed is 20 KB/s max !!!!!! I searched the internet and found out tht may be rogers is throttling torrent uploads tht means they have some kind of traffic scanner box tht limits torrent upload speed. This is really frustating coz it takes ppl more than an hour to download an album. I am currently using Azureus 2.3.0.4 also tried bitcommet, same prob. Anyone has any idea how can I overcome this prob ? Even if u know any other ISP tht beats 6 mbps/800 kbps plz reply. I would be able to contribute BT much better if anyone can solve this .
