If I understand correctly, you are using windows XP and it pops up a window whenever you want to install something saying "unblock, block or run...". You can click unblock and allow installation. There is no virus. Once the client (azureus, bitcomet or any other) is installed, you need to download this torrent file and start downloading. When downloading is finished, only then you can watch them using media player.
