As far I understand, “Rep power” depends on your total post and total thanks you have received by others. The progress bar underneath “Rep Power” changes along the “posts” and “received thanks” counts. I never managed to get my head around this special calculation.
Upon completion of a full progress bar, a star will appear on user's stats. If someone get thanked 5000 times, He will get a “Star”. You can see it from Teolbhai or Rihaad’s profile. After getting 10,000 "thanks" a second star will appear.
Keep on posting messages in the forum. These along with 'Received thanks' will change your Rep Power soon. I hope it helps. Please PM Isinpt bhai if you need further information about it.
