Extending on my previous post, I think the ban should be implemented. But only after clearing the counters for the users who have a ratio of below 1.0, that way they can show a genuine interest in keeping their ratio at 1:1 by seeding all new downloads for a while. If the users with cleared counters cannot keep their ratio at 1:1, then the ban should be implemented on them. I dont see a point in making those suffer who are trying to set things right (like myself), as mentioned in my previous post, amar ratio 1:1 kortey probably ek bosor lagbey because of the difference in UL and DL (which is definitely my fault but am trying to correct it now).

hanks for putting this thread up . Can you please make it a "sticky" thread on every section ? We have been seeding so many files for more than 5/6 days to get 2/3 seeders . That's such a shame for us . People only like to leech these days but everyone think about themsleves as they should . There's no way we can blame them :)

You need to have a high ratio with so many new release will put you in the group :) ........

I think that there are some problems with the ratio system because even though I have not downloaded anything, I see that my DL is 600 something MB. Why is that if I have not downloaded anything?

according to our records you downloaded the following torrent (SS)

now if you say you never downloaded anything from here then certainly someone else used your account to download that amount. moreover this is obvious in our records that you used two differnet IP addresses to access this site. for various reasons i can guess you have a static IP address rather than dynamic IP. so unquestionably your account had been used from another PC, another IP.

bottom line is you are always welcome to post your specific point of view how we can improve our ratio tracking system.

I have just joined banglatorrent . Can you please tell me how to start seeding, what ever I have downloaded. Do I have to do anything else except keep the downloaded files available?

Then it must be something to do with my iP because I changed my IP a couple to weeks ago. I will need to get my ratio up now.

I have been trying to get my ratio up for so long. It doesn't i think. I am a regular member, i think i m always seeding but ratios doesn't go up. Recently, its going down more. eta kemon hoy ki janne. Currently, i m seeding 20+ , nothing really happening. I feel like I m doing something wrong.

I am facing quite some problems such as that after I have uploaded a file, my UL is not changing at all.

Please watch out this stat UL: 131.58 gb DL: 182.29 gb Ratio: 0.72. If it doesn't change after you seed please let us know. Specially the UL amount.

I dont think you are conected to our tracker. Because I cant see any upload download amount besides your name. Please follow the steps how to download and upload. if you need help please visit the help & support forum.

I strongly support this enforcement. I uploaded several hundred Gigabytes of movies/songs outside of banglatorrent.com and found 99% of them died after 2-3 months because nobody was seeding them and some people never seed once download completes. And I didn't have enough disk space to keep all the seeds so recreated as people requested. But now I think that I won't upload anything outside banglatorrent as people have to seed here so the files I want to share will reach to more people.

Well im new to BT i mean im downloadin anything for the first time and well im downloadin Anuranon and it seems no body is downlaodin from me though i ve set my upload speed to unlimited.
It seems that no ones downlaodin from me i dont understand why

i have seed last 3 file, i have downloaded, my ratio did not increase.

Once you have finished downloading a release, keep you torrent client running. Therefore, other BT users would be able to download from you. This is called uploading or seeding. You can resume your uploads once you restart you PC by opening your client and leaving it open for leechers. I can see you have downloaded 4 gb and uploaded only 888 mb. Thus your ratio is only .22 which is not satisfactory. Please keep on seeding to increase your ratio.

hello friends... sayan here. im a very big fan of bangla torrents. all u guys r doing a great job by providing us the materials that are keeping us attached to bangla. like u all .. i love my culture ..my language.
i saw this thread & really its a very big problem if a seeder doesn't seed. i was at first not knowing about it .. but the time i saw this thread i've started seeding for whatever time im getting ... rt. now also im seeding 4-5 movies. but i dont know y my ratio is not improving. its showing all the same. pls. let me know the reason . im using bit spirit. is it the reason ?? please inform me about it . thanks. always with u all guys.
