to make calls to swedish mobile is always expensive, but i have found a web/sip based calling to mobile in sweden. it is justvoip. you need to register and buy a 10 euro credit to start calling. it takes only 5 euro cents per minute. furthermore, you have lots of destinations where you can make free calls in a certain period. i guess the voip provider is a sister company of betamax in germany. good luck.
