Cheap Calls to Bangladesh?

Here it is a different thread. We who live far from our beloved country we need to make calls to BD often. Do you know any SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) provider who offer the best rates to make calls to Bangladesh?

Please list the provider here. You dont need to write the links, instead just put the names of the provider.

I found PennyTel who takes 0.045 US cents/min to BD mobiles, but it is not easy to get the line. Thanks!

Skype seems to be more expensive. Pennytel is working fine now and rates are almost less than half.
