Mac OS is the oldest GUI OS in this planet and the recent version is 10.4.9. Microsoft always stolen idea from Mac OS, but could not stand beside that. Even they stolen lots of idea from Mac OS into Windows Vista. You are right that Bangla fonts won't work on Mac, but softwares like Bijoy, Lekhoni has Mac port. If you use a blank HDD, it will do that automatically, but as you are not using that, you can find some help from here.
