Well, its easy to make your self FOOL, tuff enough to make everybody FOOL. I was reading the remarks of this JAZAMAN guy. If you find some kind of self satisfaction looking at the biggest mall of south aisa that is ok, (actually I'vent seen a mall as big as this even in the US yet) but it'll be a foolish idea if you show this to others and try to convince them about our prosperity.

One more information about their Electricity Capability, BCity has its own 3-5 Megawatt of Electricity production capable generator, the first and only one of this kind in whole of BD.

Not any more my friend. The biggest mall in asia is now in philippines. Name of the Mall is "SM Mall of Asia". The area of this mall is same with the area of VATICAN CITY in Itly.

Though Bashundhara is the Reknowned land Encroachers and Loan defaulters in Bangladesh, Bashundhara City is a Piece of Art. Amazing, My favorite place to shop and roam around in Dhaka.

You make some excellent points. This type of malls will primarily sell goods that are imported, hence putting further burden on the economy and continue to hurt the local industry. We already see our TV stations increasingly putting on more foreign ads by so-called multi-nationals. Be it mobile phone, food or cosmetics. As a small fragile economy, last thing we want to do is 'free trade' to enable plunder of our resources by corporations and destroy our environment and livelyhood. Do you guys know that our bangla speaking channels are banned in west bengal, but PTV isn't! This was done soley to prevent access of bangladeshi goods to indian market. In the meantime, we are blindly drunk with anything that is 'foreign'.

well said 100% with brother these lavish shopping mall does not suite Bangladesh at present time as u said its only for the rich lets have more educational institute hospitals (sunar bangla) where is the gold first make inherite then call it sunar bangla without it its only (mud) we are all human we must be equal not super rich and super poor.It is ofcourse no doubt very beautifull credit to those who made it but we have to think forward about the ordinary people of our country and not just super rich and super malls
