We the members of BT are in a process of showing our gratitude to our honourable Releasers (what we'd like to call as Producers)!

We as a BT Officials would like to request all the members to brain storm and come up with ideas! We'd also like to create rank system where everyone will get a rank based on their reputation! Pleasae take us through a constructive thought process in your writings so we do not leave out anything!

So lets start just what you have in mind for now...

what i suggest is to make a release group with the regular releasers.it will work like BrG/TeamTelugu.all the members of this group will carry the group name under their nicks.ei ta tader ke BT er aro close korbe so they will try to b more active here.

We are actively trying to get this done this but as you know we are working on many other aspects at the same time so couldn't that working yet! but will get it on BT for sure!

We are also interested in what how and what kind of thanks giving system we should put in place so we, the BT members can show their gratitude. something similar to "reputation points" or "thanked system" but we don't think that gives them the proper honour they deserve!

so our dear members lets get this thread rollin here...

i think the rank system should consider about the ratio, too. because some people dont have better option to release, but they can contribute by seeding......so to keep the releasers and the seeders motivated who eventually helps the growth and the life of our BT, rank system should consider ratio.

i am agree with Tanvir on this point that seeder should be motivated and considered.But,the releasers/producers deserve the maximum applause.so,ranking system might come in operation to thank them all (releasers and seeders) and to appreciate their effort.

I think I'll suggest the similar aspects. The imporatnt factors to be considered are

1. New Releases
2. Seeding
3. posts

and how about negative points for the top leachers .... ;)

Yes, i totally agree that posts and ratio should also be counted towards his reputation. A producer/releasers are as important as the members! We are no way neglecting the members seeding day/night! That is one of the reason you see a list of top seeders so they are recognized as most valued member through out the community! But for now lets concentrate on what are the measurement we should and can do to create a standard system , promote these producers and we can encourage more people to release more at the same time!

As I browse through this forum, I come accross many great ideas in different threads. However, very few of them are active as of now. Last post on this thread was on Sep, 28 and untill now no update on the initial idea. I would very much appriciate if the rank followed not only on the number of posts but on the amount of bites you have uploaded as well. Afterall, this forum is not only about postings (like technical/troubleshooting forums) but also about releasing and seeding files. Actually that should be the major basis for ranking system. I am not trying to say anything against anyone, but think logically, anyone can come and post anything. In about one week, I have already posted 100+ times and my rank jumped from nobin to jonodorodi leader. If this is the case, then I might as well post more and seed less because 30+ ratio will not get me anywhere other then "top seeders"

At this moment, I would like to mention one of the member from this site as an example and that's bt124320. He have uploaded so much stuff for us (1+ tb!!!!) and yet his is considered as an adorsho nagorik only.

PS: PLEASE DISREGARD THIS MESSAGE IF THE RANK SYSTEM ALREADY CONTAINS UPLOAD SIZE CALCULATION (I have writtien this post assuming that it has no affect from best of my knowledge).

It's not a big deal , if someone is releaser or not . Anyone can release but what we have to look at to get the best stuffs from our country and put it here as fast as possible and make the site more popular .
