Firstly, this is just my opinion, so apologies if I cause any offence.

I was wondering if it would be possible to 'punish' people who don't seed? Don't worry, I don't mean punishing with violence!!!

Basically, maybe the mods could impose restrictions on the people who don't seed? When I have a look in the request forum, a lot of people are demanding films be posted, but have a ratio of 0.04, or 0.18. Download korar shomoy to oshubidhe hoy na, kintu seed korar shomoy hoi? I find it hard to believe. Maybe if you were put restrictions on them, there would be more seeding.

My ideas for restrictions:
Block them from the request forums
Restrict the number of torrents they can download each month (maybe one or two only)
Maybe even ban them if the ratio doesn't not improve over a few months?

Like I said before, just my suggestion. What do you think?

As I said few days back. I'll say again, since BT changed the format and the look, my ratio didn't change much. What about that?

my opinion:
1. Ban the member who are inactive for 1 years
2. User whose ratio is below 1 and more than 0.5 they will get 2 month time within this they have to improve their ratio upto 1....otherwise BAN for sometime...
3.ratio below 0.5 Will get a serious warning.......within 3 months they have to improve their ratio....otherwise straight BAN for life time...
4.Moderator and admin plz revised the ratio of the user in a fixed time.......
