Aj Robibar by H. Ahmed. And Ronger Manush By Salauddin Lavlu.
I don't think anyone else is making better natok than Salauddin Lavlu these days. H. Ahmed is well past his heydays and I find a sort of deja vu in Faruqi's stuff.

Yah, salahuddin lavlu is a good director for comedy drama, faruki is good for serious/social drama... but u should look some works of shihab shahin, i think he's very talented. ramizer ayna and x-factor was the best drama last year. He's good for emotional scene

though I haven't seen a lot of BD natok, but first 18 episodes of Bahubrihi, The Best Ever natok I ever seen of BD & WB.
