No,it is not possible to play any partial downloaded files.Sometimes you may see a glance of some scenes but you will be able to see the full version only when you have completed 100% of that torrent.I dont think you have completed downloading anything yet.That's why you are having problems.

I dont know your configuration but definately its not a 386 processor,right? :D No,you dont need any high-configuration pc.But you will need some special softwares (codecs) to play these ripped/compressed files.visit this
