Re. About Attaching the torrent file

HI,
I made a new thread to upload some songs, than i went to edit and manage attachment and tried to attach the torrent file but when i select file to be attached it tells me to go this page " Incorrect announce url!!! Please use: http://tracker.banglatorrents.com:2710/announce" (which site not available). For that problem i am not getting the chance to upload the songs. Anyone who could tell me the solution?
