How to make a VCD with dat files?

kivaba dat vcd ta format korbo.r dat file cd ta write korlai ki vcd format hoa jaba?

Dear Titu, .DAT file-ta CD te write korlei VCD hoye jabe na. You have to start with a CD writing software, Like NERO. You start a New VCD Project. Depending on NERO version or other software find out how to open a new VCD Project. In the new project window add the .DAT file. Nero will add the file. After adding all .DAT/.MPEG/.MPG files you can start burning.

You can make simple Menu in NERO for VCD too. See Nero's help about that
