1. use TV-Card, that you can buy from the market and very easy to use. recording software is included with the TV-Card. with this card you will be able to capture and convert the video at the same time.

2. use DVD recorder with HDD that is possible to connect to your PC. you will be then able to transfer the video to your PC.
