I used to use BitLord. But for somedays it was giving me trouble for example suddenly shutting down. So I uninstall and reinstall. Now it could not connect any tracker. so again I uninstall and install utorrent. Now I have 2 problems. No 1 both my upload and download speed is too slow (for example 10 kb/s even when connected with 10 seeds). I checked with utorrent, it was telling me something about port. As I am not a comp person, I could not understand a thing. No 2, when I tried to download the file is coming at bitlord form. Utorrent is not opening up. Though I uninstall bitlord, it remain in my program file. When I tried to uninstall from windows control panel, it is not over there. After uninstallation bit lord is also not in my start menu.
So can any one help?

lots of problem! dont be upset, there is always solution.

1. uninstall both bitlord and µtorrent, even go the c:\program files and see if the bitlord and utorrent are there. delete both the directories

2. restart your PC

3. install µtorrent, it is the best client ever.

4. do you use any router? then you have to forward port (open some ports for traffic). let me know the result.

Few days ago i have downloaded "Old Movie Songs 1" file. but it did not upload. As a result my ratio reduced. Even i could not reseed the file also. what should i do? can anyone give me valuable suggestion?

The simple reason would be anyone else in not leeching or downloading the file at the moment. U need someone to download the file for you to upload. hope I am right!!!!!

yes, you are right. all torrent files from the client will be deleted. you nee to add the files again manually from the BT. but your original video/audio files will not be deleted. better you move the files before you uninstall. default deriectory for the download file is C:\Program Files\BitComet/µTorrent......

it is always better to choose some other directory.

you need to forward some ports in your router, that means you need to allow trafic between ports: 49152-65534 in your router. you will find information on how to forward ports on your specific router in your router's manual.

furthermore have a look on the windos firewall if it is active and you client is listed there in "exception" list.
