Problem With Thumbnail Image

Hi can anyone help me. In the Bangla book section when I post a new book why there is no Thumbnail Images in the Thread list. I think its not only my problem, all other ppl are having the same problem.

Was wondering if you posted the thumbnails before uploading the torrent! If not then it will not appear on the main book menu, sorry!
