getting too low download speed

i am using ktorrent for download and upload, but getting too low download speed.
My connection is 128kbps , but never getting more then 32kbps :(

other torrents (from other side) working ok,

what is the problem with BT ?

Your ratio is very poor and you obviously will face the waiting time as I never face the waiting time when I download :) . So , you know what I mean !!!!!!!!

128kbps....but you are getting 32kb/sec..man you are lucky...as 128kbps you should get 15/16kb/sec!!!
