in tracker server box

so suppose i want to create a torront and share with others

means whatever tracker url i used , it will work . suppose I add bitcomet tracker
not banglatorrents. tracker url so banglatorrent users will be able to download that ?

Suppose I wanna share a little video clip . I am creating a torrent using (bitlord.com)

In tracker server box i am already seeying a url : udp://tracker.bitcomet.net:8080/announce

should i replace that with http://tracker.banglatorrents.com:2710/announce
this?

now after all done I uploaded that video.torrent here ?

that video now exist only in my pc ? no body downloaded that yet .
so I hav to seed until someone download it.
