There are many ways to make screen shots and post them. Here i am using what i think is very easy, convenient and looks nice. How to take the screen shots ------------------------------------------ 1)Open your file with Windows media player classic (download from here ) which will look like this 2) Pause the file somewhere you wish and then click on file menu->save image.Just like this.... Change the "Save As Type" to Jpeg (See the rounded box in the pic.Give a file name and you are done 3) Take at least 4 screen shots from different scenes. __________________ Use utorrent. (a) Optional but looks good with very minimum efforts:- Go to http://imageshack.us/ .Click on 'Browse',select your pic file and finally click on 'host it'.After few seconds, you will see something like this See there are total 7 links for the pic you have uploaded.Copy the 4th link and paste on the BT reply box. Upload all the screen shots one by one and copy-paste the 4th links. The final otput will be like this (b) Must do:- Scroll down of the reply message window and find "Manage Attachments".Another window will appear.Click on "Browse",select your file, click on "upload".You are done!!! Okay my lecture is finished. If you have any problem to do them, please write here in details (bangla, english jei language ei hok,no problem). **Those who are wondering from which film i have taken the screen shots, well its Shuva.I have collected it recently and will share with my friends very soon.So dont worry** __________________ Use utorrent. What can I do? | you dont have to goto media player classic to take screenshots.you can take with your latest version of windows media player, maybe version 9 or 10 or beta 11. HOW ?? goto tools menu from windows media player, choose options, then click on the performance tab, there is slider bar (depends on version)for Hardware Acceleration or Video Acceleration, change it to none, close media player and reopen. Now you can play n pause your video files and use the regular printscreen button of your keyboard and paste it to mspaint. note: use this settings only when you are taking screenshot, you may face problem of fastforwarding the video file with this setting depends on your graphic card and codec installed on your pc. | 07-14-2006, 05:14 PM | | BT Expert | | Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Bangladesh Posts: 2,748 Thanks: 878 Thanked 9,237 Times in 433 Posts Rep Power: 156 UL: 379.49 gb DL: 97.62 gb Ratio: 3.89 | | | For "Windows Xp (service pack2) . Open an avi (or any other playable file) using VLC player - then press the right mouse button - now select 'Snapshot' from the list - the image will be saved in .png format (by default) in your My documents> My Pictures folder. The good thing about png image is that unlike .jpg, it is exactly the image you'd see while waching the docu (or anything else). Specifically, it's more helpful if you're looking for a top quality encode from std DVB or HD DVB, etc :) | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | All times are GMT +6.
