Hi BT Administrator and Moderators I'm facing a strange problem. Whenever I enter this site I can see myself as logged in. If I log out and close my browser & even disconnected from internet, there's no change. When I again enter in the BT website I see myself as logged in. Why can't I log out from this site? anyways,if its very necessary to log out from BT every time,you can do either of the two things
1) after logging out,clear the cookies (for Internet Explorer,go to Tools ->Internet Options ->Delete cookies )
2) when you log in next time,uncheck the Remember me check box.
btw 2nd solution is easy and preferrble as if you delete cookies,you will loose some flexibility using internet.(NOT that you will loose any data from hard disk).

But as it needs to log in to use this site, I log out when I leave. It's not important but it's a habit. As I check mail in my account by logging in then leave by logging out making it a habit, so doing this here also.
