I was reading few posts in last couple of weeks and I thought I should share few of our thoughts with everyone.

Well... first of, I want to remind you guys that when we started this journey, our sole intention was to make "Bangla Only" materials accessable to the poor solus who can't get 'em otherwise and promote a cultural value that we hold as a Bangali Community. With all of us sharing the responsibility in many ways, we came a long way! But we must take the right decisions togather and follow the right path to make sure we can live up to the promises of future!

Lately I can see many of you have lotta interest in Hindi and other similar materials. I am neither against it not supporting it. Through our short but extensive experience that we gathered, you should know that it takes a lot to maintain the quality we hold as a whole community here! Losing that'd be a great loss and my main concern is that we are not yet in a position to open our doors to such materials as yet. We've many limitations and we can't afford to spread ourselves too thin. It may require more stability, maturity and other essential elements! But lets keep all these option open for future! BT is still too young and let this baby grow! When we are strong enough to handle it all, we'll have it all! But we got to be careful, focused and follow our goals! Certainly can not afford to make mistakes. Let all the ideas spread, you never know what future brings infront of you!

I've seen many of us have misunderstanding among our other community members and end up getting caught in arguments. I know its a part of growing up as a whole community but lets not try to fight over simple things where as we can easily ignore 'em and make it a better place for all of us to enjoy. We come here to enjoy the free time we've and why not we all be bit more polite and show the better side of ours! One more thing... its about our dear "Moderators" and "Releasers", who agreed to take the responsibility to handle the extra burden; they are here for you!, to make your life easier, keep this place neat, add more value to our community and evantually make your experience here at BT a better one! Nothing else! No one is getting paid for doing all these! So it will be a request from the whole community to help them as much as we can and make their life bit more easier!

Finally, If you trusted us when we started this long journey, you should know that we still hold the same value and our vision still remains the same. I hope I was as clear as my thoughts are but If any of has any questions or comments please feel free to email or pm me. I get hundreds of pm but I do read them and time to time 'n I do reply them too. So please get it touch with me or anyone when ever you need help or need an answer. no matter how stupid that Q is!

I will honor whatever the BT Mods decide on posting non-bangali stuffs, but, I don't think it will be a big problem IF WE STRICTLY follow the guidelines I have posted earlier. Very few people will post a "bosta pocha MITHUN'S hindi movie". We want to share only QUALITY movies so there will be only a few of them that we will post.
